Dr. Kim Mulvihill is at it again! She feels so good on a Paleo diet that she says she’s going to stick with it for life. This is a special edition breaking down just what you can eat on the Paleo diet and how to cheat (although I’d never cheat with wheat!). Next week, she’ll be bringing us another week long series on the Ancestral Health and Paleo movement. Stay tuned!

It’s great to see Paleo getting more and more coverage like this! I think it will take a little longer in Australia – but good to see things are moving in the right direction!
Sounds promising. I like that she said she wouldn’t “go back”. That this wasn’t a “diet”, meaning short term.
Yes, those of us that drink the Paleo “kool-aid” seem to be in it for life, ha ha. I’ve been emailing with Dr. Kim, and she started out at 175. She’s 142 now and feels great. I don’t know why anyone would give that up!
Thanks for posting this! I KNEW there had been subsequent reports on how Dr. Mulvhill was doing on the Paleo diet. I just couldn’t find it on their website. I’m glad that we’ve found a voice in the MSM. It is amazing to me that US News has just come out with another diet report and still ranks Paleo low. Now THEY’VE been drinking the funky cool-aid.
I agree – I don’t cheat on Paleo with wheat. I think that’s counter productive – I’d enjoy a gluten-free treat instead. ((It also helps that I get migraines the minute I digest any wheat…..so that makes the choice easier. ;-) ))
This is a great series. Thanks for posting it!
Thanks for sharing this video. Always great to see Doctors supporting it and nice to see Mark in it giving the simple tips. I started moving to Primal about 4 weeks ago. Feeling great, energy level stable all day, etc. and losing weight at same time is a nice bonus.
I think if she read up on the primal notes on wheat she wouldn’t be eating it. I hope these reports continue and that it become much more popular so that we can shop and eat at restaurants that are much more primal and paleo friendly.
